KENTUCKY DERBY - $3,000 per Day
- Includes coach, driver, fuel, soft drinks/water, and ice.
- Not included - parking pass, gratuity, and hotel.
- Usage begins when coach departs Birmingham
- Locations over 275 miles (one-way) from Birmingham will be subject to a higher rate.

- Over 10 Hours/Day Driving Requires Relief Driver = $350 Plus Expenses

- A deposit of 25% due with signed contract (Non-Refundable at 45 days before booking date) balance due 15 days before booking date.
- 5% gratuity due with balance.
- Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. (3% service fee for all credit cards)
- All prices include fuel and driver.
- All coaches are non-smoking.
- Hourly rate begins at scheduled pickup time, and concludes when last passenger(s) are dropped. This policy applies to Jefferson and Shelby counties. Extra fee may apply for locations outside this area.
- Customer is liable for any interior damage to bus during lease.
- Trips originating and/or finishing outside of Jefferson or Shelby County of Alabama are subject to a relocation fee.
